My interview expereince was mixed. I applied in 2019 thru 3rd party recrutiing agency. I was asked to appear for CCAT exam and upon successfully learing that exam I was asked to appear for onsite. Couple of days before my interview , i was told that they cancelled my candidature w/o even informing the reason. However I got another opportunity in 2020. Recruiter called me an got my phone screen scheduled with hiring manager. It was an hour long interview with questions ranging from my current expereniece and 1 coding question. After clearing that I was asked to appear Onsite ( remote interview these days). I was told by recruiter to schedule the interview and then also was given opportunity to span it across multiple days. Again a day before interview they asked me to squeeze all in one day. It was a bummer. However I obliged. My interview went well and i wrote all the coding questions 95% fine except one which I was not able to complete ( due to lack of time ). I did give my best but after a day I was told that they went ahead with other candidate. All in all the i enjoyed the interview in general but giving the opportunity to span across multiel days and a day before being asked to squeeze in one was a bummer. Also i didnt get any feedback as why they think I am not suitable is something I didn't like much personally. If all they were looking for right attitude then by no means I feel i had that lacking.
