1 cognitive test and personality assessment, followed by a phone screening with HR, then 1 round of online assessment, and finally 3 rounds of on-site interviews done in one day. The forms of the interview questions were unexpected. The interviewers did not provide enough context or clear instructions on what the candidate should do for each question. Also got ghosted by the HR after the final round, with no replies nor status updates about the hiring decision.
