The phone interview was fairly standard, they wanted some more in depth information about my background and told me some about the company. It lasted about 30 minutes. At the end of the phone interview i was invited for an in person interview with their CIO. The in person interiew lasted for about 3 hours and consisted of interacting with HR, the CIO, the department manager and 2 different developers. They didn't ask me any technical questions relating to the position I had applied for, Instead they asked about things that I had previous experience in, but weren't related to the job description and focused on those. There were no puzzle or gotcha questions. All in all it was a pleasant interview, at the end I was told the position i had applied for (or that they were pushing me for, I wasn't sure) was not fast tracked and that I would hear from them later. It's been 3 weeks with no additional information about the position. The office seemed relatively nice, everyone was friendly and mostly relaxed. Dress Code ranged from business casual(button down, khakis) to casual (shorts, sandals, t-shirts). Small number of employees and there seemed to be lots of group camaraderie.

In the beginning there was a phone call screening process with human resources and a panel interview in the successive round with behavioral and technical questions of average to medium difficulty level
