Remote Customer Service Agent-, you are requested to go to a website to run a systems check on your computer to make sure your system meets their standards. Once there it tells you to uninstall your internet security because it is not compatible with their systems. That is a big RED FLAG.

You fill out a basic online application process. After which they send you an email to download to your PC to test your internet speed. If you pass both, they send a simple questionnaire.
