I received a call from HR about a React Native position. During the call, they asked some questions and inquired about how soon I could join. I mentioned that I was available immediately, and they scheduled an interview with three rounds: two technical and one HR discussion. I cleared both technical rounds, and before the HR round, they asked for my documentation, which I promptly provided (all previous employment-related documents). However, even after the documentation was processed and I had passed the two technical rounds, I didn’t hear back from HR. When I called to follow up, they informed me that they had added an additional round – a client interview – before the HR discussion. I agreed to this, but two weeks went by with no update. So, I called again, and this time HR told me that the position had been put on hold. They suggested I pursue other offers if I had any. After more than a month of waiting, I ended up finding out the position was on hold. I feel like my time was wasted with Infobeans. I would advise others not to waste their time here either.
