The process consisted of two interviews with a recruiter and the hiring manager. Everything was scheduled and organised smoothly within the two-week period. The decision was made quickly, and I was offered a role. All people involved were friendly and informative; they described the role and company in great detail, answered all my questions and generally created a pleasant atmosphere, which felt more like a two-way conversation than an interview.
