The Interview was extremely brief, The "owner" whom of which was maybe 25 was asking me about my experience, skill set and why I would be a good fit for the job. I know for a fact that I have over 10 more year of work experience than him in management or even job experience. I felt like he was trying to stay professional but everyone that worked there was in there early 20's. Nothing against young employees but this company has zero seasoned employees. My option is STAY AWAY. When first approach about an interview I accepted because they made it VERY clear this was for a MANAGEMENT position that included a good salary and bonus, once in the interview they explained that it's an entry level position that will lead to management if they see fit... Well, Why would someone like me want to leave a fortune 500 company for an entry level position for a contract company for ATT?? If there sales fall they lose the contract and company will close... If you go to the interview it's a joke and if you have any sense at all you will do the same and walk out. I honestly feel sorry for the people working there they must be brainwashed or severely desperate for a job.
