Attended a face-to-face interview in kulim, Kedah. Interviewed with a hiring manager and a principal engineer; the interview questions were mostly about behavior questions, with little technical questions. Prepare yourself with some fundamental knowledges in semiconductor field.

Entrevista
The interview started with a friendly introduction by the hiring manager and process engineers. They explained Infineon’s role in the semiconductor industry, especially in power devices and automotive applications, which helped set a professional and comfortable tone.
No technical questions were asked. All behavioural questions and easily could answer all these questions without much thoughts. And the HR was very polite and easy to be communicated with

Entrevista
I first submitted my application online and was contacted within a week for an initial phone screening. After that, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager, followed by a final round that included a panel interview and some situational questions. The overall process took about 2–3 weeks. Interviewers were friendly and gave clear expectations. Communication from HR was timely and helpful throughout.
