I was contacted two -three weeks after online submission. First was a phone interview with hiring manager, followed by second interview at the company. The hiring manager was very friendly and asked about my background and how I can contribute. The manager then explained the expectations of working at the company and etcetera. At the end, the manager brought me on a tour to the site to view what it is like working there. It was overall a simple and stress-free interview session. I got a reply and was hired after two weeks.

The interview started with a friendly introduction by the hiring manager and process engineers. They explained Infineon’s role in the semiconductor industry, especially in power devices and automotive applications, which helped set a professional and comfortable tone.
No technical questions were asked. All behavioural questions and easily could answer all these questions without much thoughts. And the HR was very polite and easy to be communicated with

I first submitted my application online and was contacted within a week for an initial phone screening. After that, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager, followed by a final round that included a panel interview and some situational questions. The overall process took about 2–3 weeks. Interviewers were friendly and gave clear expectations. Communication from HR was timely and helpful throughout.
