Frankly it is a joke. They call you up to their "office" which is essentially a small bungalow and some guy who is a "director" (every one there is some sort of a director BTW) will talk bull crap with you about how awesome their company is and stuff. Same with another round. Highly unprofessional bunch and they think they are changing the world. Frankly it is a very small company (essentially a start up) which is not suited for people who are looking for career growth, despite however cool they might make it sound to you.
