Began with a skills text among 40 other potential hires. If you scored high at the skills test you were invited back for a group interview. If you stood out in you interview then you were notified that you were of potential hiring status and would hear back a week later if you had a job.

How do you stay actively attentive to the water on shift?
Good to see that you had accepted our offer to join the IU family , that you have been with us for almost 4 years already, and that you have had a positive experience. We hope that you continue to feel this way about IU for many years to come.
