I got to know about the job from a friend who was working there. He forward my resume and I got call fro a lead and he just discussed salary and when i can join. when i went there he bargained the salary and asked nothing special. I asked for little more salary then he said I can give you this much but then i will not increase your salary for a year like your knowledge and performance doesn't matter.
