I was interviewed thrice by Indiabulls Ventures EVPs. They expect to hire experienced people at the compensation half of the current value. Very laidback and unprofessional attitude. They keep dragging the outcome just to make people take the below-par offer. HR is equally lethargic, unresponsive and clueless.

Management is directly involved in the interview process. Reference checks and prior clearance form the past employer are necessary. It took more than 6 months to get appointment after two rounds of interview.
