Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia, PA) en sept 2014
Entrevista
Applied online and was contacted with a week. Had a phone interview with HR and then invited to meet with hiring managers. Slightly disorganized, waited in the lobby and never got to meet with HR face to face, we got lost on the way to the interview room and the hiring managers did not have my information beforehand. Sent a follow up email but never heard back from HR.

The interview was fairly basic, pretty much the standard questions
Pre-Pandemic. Telephone interviews with two or three key people. Then a full day of interviews were scheduled. speaking with multiple people, across multiple functions. The full day on site was a bit grueling, but the people were nice, and it was a good opportunity to learn more about the company and get perspectives from multiple people on what it is like to work there

Process was efficient but was required to meet with multiple team members as well as HR. There was no time spent on negotiating and it was more of a best and final offer.

Really cumbersome process. The HR lead offered me an interview but never followed up. Process was unprofessional compared to the industry. The company seems overwhelmed with work and not able to keep up with day-to-day schedules. Interview took approximately 1.5 hours.
