Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Indeed (Dublín, Dublín) en jul 2015
Entrevista
An internal recruiter contacted me for this role as they had my CV from previous interview. The interview process was really well organised, always being informed and in touch with the recruiters and HR. It started with a basic screening over the phone with the recruiter and HR manager. Then I had a skype interview with the Global Director of the product team, based in US. We covered a very broad range of questions, such as basic talk through experiences, also technical question about software they are using that I had knowledge of and situational questions of project manager role about deadline, communication and planning. The next phase was a test that I had a week to complete. It consisted to create and set a profile, based on the directions you would have received, on their website as a job hunter and employer, that's really not complicated. Also, it was some questions about prioritization and product changes. The last phase consists of an onsite interview with the same Global director for 1h where you go over your assessment and much more in details about your expectations, understanding and challenges of the role/company. Then, I had in a raw 2 hangout interviews with the rest of the team based in US, 30 min each. It was much more basic questions and especially to highlight my personality to see if I would fit within the existing team.

Estimation; product analytics and estimation questions all asked
6 rounds of interviews, too many interviews to receive a job offer and way too many interviews to make a final decision, should be 3 tops, kept adding another interview at end
I applied for Indeed a while ago and had a good interview process. I got to talk to HR, the hiring manager and potential future team members. It was prior to the pandemic, so I had 5 interviews at their location in Austin and saw the office building.
