First Interview: I had a Phone Screening interview, was basic and general. After two weeks I was told that I made it to the next stage of the interview process with Indeed. Second Interview : The second interview was via zoom. The interviewer was very friendly and professional, I enjoyed the interview. After three days I was told I passed to the third interview. Third interview: It was via zoom. The interviewer was very qualified in her career. I had negative vibes from the interviewer. I felt like she was angry, bored, or maybe tired. I really didn't feel comfortable like my previous interviews and I knew she didn't like me. I was rejected, which is fine but waited nearly 2 weeks to know that. The whole interview process took one month and a week. Basically, most of the interviews nowadays are depending on the interviewer. In that case, it matter of luck more than knowledge and experience.
