I met a representative at a career fair. He emailed me a week later about scheduling a phone interview. After the phone interview, Indeed will invite you to an in-person meeting and there is also a sales presentation.

The interview process was positive. I originally applied for a different role, but when I wasn’t selected, the recruiter kindly recommended me for another opportunity that was a better fit.
