Applied online, and I got an email response asking for a phone screen the same day. Phone screen happened two days later - the recruiting team was very nice and friendly. She made me feel as if I was a strong candidate for the position and asked if I could come in for an on site. She told me on the phone that if I were to come into the office on that Friday for an interview, I would have an offer by Monday. I was feeling very excited and confident in my chances of being offered the position during and after the 2 hour interview. When I was leaving, they told me they would email me with whether or not I got the position after they review my information with their HR team. It has been two weeks since I've interviewed and I haven't heard anything from them. It's frustrating to take time off your current position to interview on such short notice for a position you thought you wanted, and then not get the same respect in return. It would be nice to gain some closure and move on. At this point, I'm just assuming I have been rejected for the position.

Recruiter reached out about 1.5 weeks after I had applied online. Overall experience was average. The initial phone screen and zoom meeting were the standard breakdown on responsibilities, expectations, etc. After the zoom meeting, they send you a writing exercise detailing 3 scheduling scenarios that need your response. The writing exercise needs to be re-evaluated though. There are multiple errors in the templates presented and no clear objective as to what they want to see in the exercise.
