I had the following interview process: Recruiter Phone Screen > Hiring Manager Interview > Peer Interview > Director Interview > Panel Interview The interview loop was slightly over a month long and I didn’t receive an offer. Although I was disappointed to make it through the interview loop without an offer, the recruiter took the time to call me to deliver the decision/ give feedback/offered to be available as a reference for future openings. This recruiter made all of the difference of my interview experience.
