After arriving at their office, I sat down with other candidates filling a form with all of my information as well as some competency questions. It looked like they had not read my application and did not want to waste their time asking these questions in person during the interview. When at the interview, I was given no time to ask questions and they did not tell me what the job implied. The job is actually a door-to-door job! The interviewer was being extremely vague, asking me if I was interested in earning, moving up quickly, starting from the bottom and then going up. They were stressing so much the fact that some of their young employees were earning and growing. After a 10 minute 'interview' it was all over. I had had no time to speak , to ask questions and to be interviewed. This doesn't really matter as the worst was the assessment centre on the following day. Apart from the fact that it was on the following day with less than 24h notice, we had to follow one of their employees working door-to-door and being asked question about traditional marketing on the way. This was some sort of points system where I was being 'tested' against another girl. Only one of us would have gotten this job, which put us in a bad competing environment. After being rejected by so many people who were afraid to let people in their house, the 'recruiters' were allowed in the house of an older woman to sell their product. In this way, we were left outside in the cold of January for about 30 minutes. The process was humiliating. When we got into the car again, I explained that their job description did not match this and as this is not what I signed up for, I wanted to withdraw my application without finishing off the assessment. I was dropped off at an old and unused bus station in the middle of nowhere. So glad I managed to get an uber from Durham a couple of hours later, as no bus ever came there. I would never recommend them. It's a waste of time and they're highly misleading.
