The interview process was great, interviewed with Rob and few of the other recruiters and all were great and gave a good perspective on the company and the role itself. Everyone was very inviting and spoke very highly of the company.

If you are looking to join a staffing firm where you truely run your on desk, have access to the big company tools and billing support and frankley none of the metrix reporting required by the big firms.. this is your place.
You drive your business, make your sucess and money to meet your needs anf the needs of your clients.
The interview process with the team is truely two way.
Meet with Senior Management .. understand the model and open access to others on the team who are happy to describe their business (Desk) and pros and cons of independant work environment at Incendia..
