Virtual recorded interview. Automated interviewer who asked, listened, and responded to questions. I have not actually gotten a response yet about if I have been chosen for the next round. This was round 1 of interviews.

I was contacted by a recruiter around 10 PM on a Tuesday to have an in-person interview on Thursday. I had no problem with the short notice. What I didn't know was that they were having a "recruitment drive" that day and the day previous, which was why they rushed me in. They made me confirm every e-mail and complete a horrid assessment. This sad excuse for an assessment had grammatically incorrect questions, multiple correct answers for some of them, no correct answer at all for others, and just dumb, irrelevant questions overall, almost entirely about statistics and patterns. When I got there I was told to fill out a piece of paper with questions about my most significant accomplishment, a project I undertook where I had to convince colleagues to join me, an example of an effort I undertook which was unsuccessful, and why I want to join Incedo. The interviewers didn't even ask for this piece of paper. They only seemed interested in answers to their silly memorizable CS questions as opposed to my experience. I was told that by Monday I would receive notice about their decision and feedback on the interview, which would be based on the interview itself and my test results. They never contacted me back nor responded to my status update request. To anyone reading this: DO NOT attempt their test without a calculator. Better yet, don't apply to Incedo at all.
