Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en InVision (New York, NY)
Entrevista
After receiving a referral, I was immediately contacted by the head of recruiting to set up time to discuss my experience. The questions asked in that first interview were standard phone screen questions around past experience, interest in the company, etc.
Following the phone screen, I met in person with two InVision employees I would report into. The conversation was fairly candid and mostly strategy focused - we mostly talked about ways to improve the customer experience. I think I was lucky to have an in-person meeting though due to the remote environment of InVision.
The last step was completing an assignment as a follow-up to the in-person conversation. It was a bit time consuming, but that was also my choice. After submitting, I received a formal offer from the hiring manager 3 days later.
Overall, the entire process took about 2 weeks from start to finish.

Ghosted.
Had an extremely positive zoom interview with recruiter, they said they’d be scheduling me next steps with the hiring manager by end of day.
Nothing. No reply to my follow up.
Reached out to another recruiting contact, was told they had to check on something and would also get back to me by end of day.
Never heard from anyone at the company again, not even an automated rejection.

Over the course of two months after applying, I had a phone screen, two calls with hiring managers, and a role play/presentation. The recruiter disappeared a few times so I reached out directly to the hiring manager. After the final interview, I was told I would know one way or another if I got the job, however I never heard from them again. I'm guessing I didn't get it!

Pleasurable process, lovely people. All done over video conference, including role play and competency tests. I had 3 video interviews - separate 1:1s with seniors in the relevant team. Plus a video panel interview with team seniors and peers.
