Total of 3 interview rounds. First round is phone screening and the next 2 were on-site interviews. The first call was just to understand my job profile better and get to know what exactly I am into. The second round is a screening round, to test whether I would be able to survive in their environment . The rest round is with person involved with the process and who have a better idea about the skills required for the job.
