My friend works at InRythm as a contractor. She has referred me to a Senior Recruiter in April, 2018. I was given a take home assignment in Javascript which I submitted after 3 days. My interview has been scheduled after 2 weeks. There was some confusion due to which is was rescheduled. I got the new slot after a whole month. It was cancelled right on the day as the interviewer was busy. The recruiter never responded to my calls or emails. I got a call from the recruiter after 3.5 weeks and was asked to attend the interview. The interview went well as per the feedback I got. I have been told that there will be 2 more interviews which were never scheduled yet and the recruiter never bothered answering my calls/ emails/voicemails. Very professional.
