Entrevista
I had a very pleasant conversation with the lead recruiter about the position who gave me the background of the role, where my skills would fit in and discussed next steps. I then met with the head of UX practice who made me feel very comfortable while finding out about my skills, interests and background. It truly felt like a conversation where it seemed that the intent was to find out just as much about what motivated me and interested me, as it was about my skillsets. I've found very few people who have the ability to do that - the head of UX seemed not just a genuine person but also extremely smart and very thorough. I walked away wanting to work for this company.

Entrevista
In Rhythm contacted me for a phone screen when I applied for the UX designer position. Once I finished the first round interview with the woman she told me that I would be received a code challenge before the second round interview. I finished the coding challenge which was basic JavaScript coding challenge on GitHub. The second round interview was extremely hard which had nothing to do with the coding at all. The man who interviewed me only cared about asking the technical questions and not getting to know me and my resume. It was a very hard technical question that consisted of JavaScript and Angular questions. I received no email after the email.
