The interview process consists of
1 - Aptitude + Technical Test
1 - Aptitude + Technical Interview ( if you clear the test )
They have a fixed set of questions which they shuffle between Developers or QA hiring.
Very easy to crack the interview as you do not require too much of knowledge to get employed in this company.
Study File processing, Basic manipulation Technics, logical reasoning , sitting arrangements etc and you are good to go.
The attrition rate is quite high in this company so if they identify that you can code, and if at all you have some immediate job requirement they try to close you ASAP
