Advice to Management: Before candidate calling for interview. Management must have to teach their own interviewer(Bangalore) first before calling for interview. i wanted to teach him lesson first but i not did(I fill regret, i must teach). They don't know how to talk with candidate even basic formalities. They talk like i came for fighting not for interview. I have given 10-15 interview in many MNCs but today i really fill very much disappointed, i never fill before like that. I given 1 or 2 last question wrong because i don't like the way he talked to me and wanted to leave the interview immediately. i don't care about the offer. It's my request to management to teach your interviewer the basic manner. how to behave with candidate and how to talk.
