Entrevista
Let's start by defining Improving's recruiting process as one of the most tiring processes I have ever come across. The recruiter insisted it was "quick and easy" with only 3 stages, yet it wasn't. The first stage was quite nice though as it was nice to talk to the local team. It went downhill from then on, unfortunately. The next stages were with the customer - an extremely picky customer who expected the candidate to know absolutely everything from their business. I was quite motivated to work at Improving in the beginning; however, after meeting this particular customer I lost all interest. The recruiting team would not care about how I was finding the position, it was only about the customer being happy with me as a candidate. The recruiter kept scheduling interviews with the customer, despite having cleared their technical tests and even talking to the project owner. What else was there to prove or show? I had not even been presented an offer, and the customer wanted me to talk to another technical person so he could start coaching me on the tools and the project. Eventually, after 5ish interviews (or was it 6? I lost track), the offer came through but I was already uninterested. The hiring process was enough of a glimpse to understand the internal culture of the company. Neither the offer wasn't competitive nor the benefits were that great. As a place to start, I can only assume it can be a journey to consider driving through but as a more experienced professional, it gets quite tedious to go through such convoluted processes. What a shame.

Entrevista
Fue un proceso claro y corto. En dos semanas ya tenía mi oferta laboral. El proceso fue avanzando desde la entrevista con la reclutadora hasta la entrevista con el cliente.
