Imperva has quite a comprehensive and engaging interview process that brings in lateral team colleagues in to evaluate and share their feedback. The behavioral analysis approach to assess is also interesting from the point of view that it helps to showcase experiences and decision making skills and encourages to share the outcome good or bad.

Lots of questions & answers which were more like a discussion between 2 colleagues instead of them being perceived as formal interview questions. The STAR methodology was used to do that behavioral assessment.
