Interview process is purely behavioral. First phase is answering some basic questions ie can you wear an air pack? etc. Second phase is with respect to your educational and employment history. Third phase is behavioral questions which are pretty standard fare. Just prepare ahead of time and you should be fine.

The interview consisted of a mix of general behavioral questions designed to assess my interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, along with some technical questions that tested my knowledge in the relevant field. The interviewer was not only knowledgeable and engaging but also made the process feel comfortable and positive, allowing me to express my thoughts clearly.

1hour of back-to-back behavioural questions to be answered using the ‘STAR’ format. The first 5 to 10 minutes is for basic introductory questions. Last 15 minutes is allocated for questions of your own.

The overall interview experience was very good. Received a interview two weeks after applying and got to pick a time for the interview. The interviewer was an engineer so it was a much better experience than talking just to an HR person. They also made me feel very comfortable, (I was pretty nervous since it was my first interview). First he explained the hiring process and open positions then got into standard behavioral questions. In till lasted an hour.
