I had to participate in five different email processes. Ranging from job descriptions, personality tests, etc. Then was invited to participate in an online interview. There were 4 of 6 managers present in the online interview. Their process was one of the most structured processes I have participated in.

The first phase of the process consisted of multiple emails. Afterwards an interview was scheduled and conducted by 4 managers, each representing a specific division within the company. It was professional and at times entertaining. I felt very comfortable with the atmosphere and the various personalities of the interviewers. A few days after the interview, an offer letter was sent.
