They would have you answer questions and converse with other applicants as a way to create team work and to see how we were with understanding and communicating with each other.

Interview was held as a group interview infant of a panel via zoom. We were frequently put in focus rooms to discuss the interview questions, and reflect on our answers to the panel afterwards. We were also asked how we would handle certain situations that require conflict resolution and exercising leadership skills in learning environments. I got the sense that they were assessing how individuals can communicate amongst a group. I do wish that they had given us time to talk about our own skills in relation to the role separately, and had let us known in advance that this was going to be a group interview/panel interview.
