The initial contact with this company was arranged by a resource management company. The initial interview was by phone and lasted approximately 30 minutes. I received an invitation to visit and I met with various members of the company in a panel-style interview and as well as 1:1 discussions. Eventually, an alternate position was offered and I accepted the position.
