I wanted to write this review because I had found a rather negative one that had been submitted in February 2019. From the sounds of it, this interview had been conducted by someone who who no longer with Ignite (I suspect I know who it had been with), especially since it had happened years ago. I had a completely different experience. The interview with the Manager of the Recruitment Team had been very positive, and had been keen on assessing my personality/culture fit + competitiveness in a sales-driven environment more than anything. It was a really great experience, and I was very quick to accept the offer that came my way 2 days later.
