Contacted by company through LinkedIn. One 30 minute phone interview and one 45 minute interview in person. Interviewed by the Director of Recruiting. Interviewer asked about relevant experience. Most of the interview we discussed my background, the position, and the direction the company is heading. No "hardball"/"trick" questions or technical expertise questions. No knowledge testing. Interviewer stated multiple times that the company did not want to pay someone a lot of money for the position yet did not discuss salary specifics. There was no contact from the company after the interview.
