Screening call with recruiter. Recruiter was personable the call went well. At the end recruiter promised to be in touch within two weeks. Never heard back. Please send a "Thank you but we are moving forward with other candidate that are better matched for the role" email to candidates that you decline to move forward to do instead of ghosting them. It takes very little effort and is the polite thing to do.

Very bad organization, disrespectful and not prefessional. I had interview with then several times and the interviewer just left me waiting for 30 mins and never showed up (Twice) Would not recommmend this employer to others. they dont show any respect from the beginning and I don't expect they are gonna show it when you work for them
