I submit an application online and it took about 6-8 weeks for a recruiter to reach out and schedule an interview. The interview was approximately 30-minutes long. He asked me be about my background experience, and gave some information on the day-to-day of the position I applied to.
The interviewer said he would get back to me in a week on whether or not I would proceed to the next round.
Never heard from him again.
If this is how they treat candidates, how do they treat their employees?
