The interview process is conducted on Rsphinx platform (Which is Lame). The exam contains 9 sections with 2 programming questions, which are like Black box which means you can't see the error and output it's just tells whether the output is correct. And the remaining section is Technical Comprehension and Technical MCQs on RDBMS.
