There was a good pre-screening process and initial department interview. They then asked for a material creation and revision, not a portfolio. There was no feedback on the assessment. I understand why—from a hiring standpoint—they wouldn’t provide feedback. However, if a company asks for a deliverable, it would help applicants to know how to strengthen their materials for future applications.

Interview process seemed great in the beginning. He asked a lot of questions to make sure I was knowledgable in math and speaking about math, he asked one question that I answered correctly but he said he would have done it differently, explained what he would have done and ended the interview abruptly. He was instantly annoyed. I would like to work for this company but if this is the type of person I would have to work with then I dont know. He seemed like (mid 40s man) very stuck in his ways.

1) General interview with HR
2) interview with current employee
3) Extremely long written “test” with explanations of problems and created examples
That’s all the further I advanced, along with many others. Very frustrating to spend hours on the test and receive no feedback other than the fact that they will not be continuing the interview process any further.

Easy without stress. Not anything to worry about. Apply online. Did not get it but okay. Trying to explore different options available for an instructional coach. I will keep pushing forward.
