Very nice recruiter connected me with the current marketing analyst, who then brought me into an onsite interview with about four team members, one of which “could not make it to the interview”. I thought that part was weird. The onsite was slightly unnerving, as there were no interview questions planned—it was kind of me sitting there asking questions.
