Manager and three other experts of the team interviewed me. Question were to measure problem solving skills specific to a task. Two stages of interview involved one was over the phone and the second phase was over the group panel. Over the phone were behavioral and how to tackle a particular situation. In person interview were specific to test the skill set and problem solving capability.
