They will call you for F2F interview process. There is only 1 round and it is taked by the HR. The HR will decide you will be perfect for this role or not. There will no interaction with the Team member that you will be going to work. Worst interview process. I traveled all the way from noida for the interview. Location is also not good for frequent travel. They will put you on 7 days trial to see that you will be fit for this role apart from the probation period. I think they are not hiring they are just trying some clothes and they can return it once they don't like it

My interview went for half an hour. And then there was a second round of it. I cleared them but then next day they called me and told that they'll train me for 1 week. I asked them about my CTC they said it's 18k and for the same position they were paying 25k to a guy. I dunno why women are being paid less than men in for the similar job that they are doing.
