Complete waste of time. You go through the hiring managers to get interviewed by the CEO and COO. CEO and COO hired the managers. Yet they don't trust and micro interview. Betting it's the same way inside based o reviews. Metrics vs real life claiming to have a work / life balance. They even said they are family oriented. Yes .... no. Business isn't family. Questions are mediocre. Engineers are nice. Director is nice.
