My interview with IRIS was really positive - the process was very quick and spanned only a few days. I had a telephone interview to begin with, followed by an initial interview with the hiring manager which was very helpful and informative, and then an interview with the head of the team. Each interview helped me to gain insight into both the company and the role and allowed me to make a well-informed decision when I was offered the job. The whole process only took around two weeks from my application to the offer.
