After submitting the application you must complete an online test with similar questions to the GMAT (specifically here about a business context) and then sustain an interview conducted online with the recruiter

Beyond the online test, in the interview, they asked me about my cv, specifically about my academic career and my previous experience, and about my motivation to work with them

This company required an assessment prior to in person interview. This was an online math related assessment which was to be expected for an analyst level internship role. Following passing the assessment an in person interview was arranged.

The interviewer was very friendly and professional. The hirevue process is unnecessary in my opinion.
