Questions were rather usual. Recruiter was nice and easy to talk to. She provided me with some info about the position, but I couldn't accept it. She offered to put me on the list for other upcoming positions with better time schedules. She followed up with me in few weeks to check if I'm still available.

Initial Phone call screen with recruiter, Teams interview with Client. Then Ghost any communication with candidate. If its not a good fit, please tell the candidate as being in limbo is horrible.

I have had two interviews with 2 separate teams in the last month. Both managers ghosted me when I inquired about the status, even though one told me I had moved to stage 2. What a waste of my time and respect -
Recruiting process to me is odd. I have been trying to introduce myself to recruiters, etc but they won’t give me the time of day. Doesn’t give me good impressions when the recruiting and talent team ignore messages. Engage with those wanting to work for you, you’d be surprised their potential.
