Campus Hiring.
1. Aptitude test: Part 1 had some average aptitude and logical reasoning questions. Part 2 had questions on critical reasoning. Around 200-230 students gave test. They took 40 after aptitude test.
2. Behavioural Test: Consisted of two parts. Part 1 on "Emotional stability". Had 5 questions. Part 2 on "Workplace Competency". Had some 20 questions. They selected all 40 for the next round.
3. Group Discussion: Group of 10 and just the normal GD which happens in any other company. They selected 17 after that.
4. Technical Interview: 3-4 puzzles. Questions on resume. If you know SQL it would be better. They see confidence and motivation in the candidate. And some basic maths questions which were easy (not advanced maths). Take your time. No need to panic if you don't get any puzzles right. They see your approach not the answer. They will try correct you also by giving some hints. They selected 7 for HR.
5. HR Interview: If you cleared all this and you really want to join IQVIA, HR will be easy for you. Like I told they want to see you motivated. They selected 4 people.
They were very nice to the candidates throughout whole process. But there is slight confusion regarding the offer as they gave the range of salary not the exact salary. They told they are going through many internal changes and they will tell us the exact detail after some time. There are though many changes happening. They are no longer Quintiles. It's IQVIA now.

I had 4 rounds of interview: Phone IV, Market research/business understanding examination, Virtual IV, and Case Study IV. The process took about 3 months, from my first phone call till when I was offered the position
