It was done through an email and then they sent me a zoom link for the interview. The interview was with the HR person and they asked questions and was very honest about the process moving forward. Then spoke to somebody else in the team I was looking at joining.

The interview process was very thorough and covered a number of subjects to get a full understanding of my background and what I had success with in previous roles and what I would be working on in the role on offer.

Phone. In person. There is a project but I withdrew my application. Odd interview, belittled....Asked if I've ever worked in marketing when they all came from sales position within the company. Not sure they even looked at my resume with my marketing experience or if they are just trying to fill up spots. Weird place.
