It was very efficient, i applied online online and was contacted shortly after. The process involved a phone interview then an in person interview then a lead generation task followed by a final interview with the potential mentor

Very long, 5 interviews. Told I had the job and then told that I did not. They kept adding extra stages to the process after telling me that they were going to make me an offer.

First interview for IQPC was over the phone. Very typical interview questions and asked about college experience. She also talked about IQPC and what the position entailed. At the end, I asked her some questions and that was all.
